Children are curious. They like learning and discovering new things, but they also like to be successful. In order to get their attention and prepare them for learning, in addition to making it fun, I meet them where they are. I identify the last concept/thing on which they were successful and link in some way to the new concept.
There are many benefits of learning a foreign language at any age, but especially at a young age. Learning a foreign language opens the door to learning new ways and different cultures. Starting at a young age gives their families the opportunity to expand their children's world. It helps families raising children that will become well-rounded citizens of the world.
